AllerganConnect™ is the ultimate resource for reaching healthcare professionals (HCPs)—especially the underserved—practicing medical aesthetics in each market in Europe with Allergan products and services. Released first in the UK, AllerganConnect™ is designed to increase awareness, expand customer base, facilitate clinic procedures, and optimize practice revenue for HCPs who want to offer breast enhancement and facial aesthetic services with Allergan products. Right now, HCPs can search, sort, and access thousands of marketing materials, training videos, and digital assets from extensive Allergan libraries—all in one convenient location. HCPs will also be able to order from the entire family of Allergan products online as well—without a visit from an Allergan sales representative. AllerganConnect™ is not only inviting and aesthetically pleasing, it is easy to navigate and highly functional—offering the user a variety of tools such as Bookmarks, Recents, Mini-Basket, News, and Help options. Never before has Allergan achieved a digital project of this magnitude. A global team of Rosetta partners across 6 locations successfully launched the first phase of a comprehensive resource for HCPs. And it will soon be available in 5 countries around the world.

THE BRIEF:

Business Challenge:
  • Reclaim the loss of Quintile 5 (low revenue) customers—including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, nurses, dentists and GPs—who have little or no contact with Allergan Representatives.
Insight:
  • Research revealed that HCPs in the medical aesthetic community strive to stay up to date with training. They also feel daunted by the idea of marketing their own businesses. More importantly, they want to know that someone is available for advice and support—especially if something goes wrong with the product.
Creative Solution:
  • AllerganConnect™ was created to engage customers, encourage retention, and increase customer loyalty by providing physicians with access to a comprehensive online portal. Through one single online source, customers can access a broad range of practice-building tools, materials, and applications. They can also order from the full line of Allergan aesthetic products and interact with Allergan online for added convenience.
